ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਮਾਜਕ, ਆਰਥਿਕ, ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਤੇ ਮਰਦਾਂ ਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਬਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।
