ਅੱਜਕਲ ਭਗਤ ਧੰਨਾ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਵਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦਿਹਾੜਾ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਭਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ ਜੀਓ।ਓਨਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਹੱਥੀ ਕਿਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਦਕ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਜਿਥੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਤੀਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਓਥੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਨਾ ਦੀ ਰਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਾਵਨ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।

Bhagat Dhanna Ji
was a devotee and Gurmukh, born in village of Dhuan Kalan in 1415, on April 20th near Deoli city, in the Tonk district, Rajasthan,India. Three Shabads of Bhagat ji’s Bani are included in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib on Ang’s 487, 488 and 695.
When he came in contact with Gurmukhs, he found God from his heart. He choose to control his desires and to have the only one desire for God. He was a farmer by profession. Guru Arjun Dev Ji, the 5th Nanak said Dhanna served God, with the innocence of a child. He followed command of God after realising the true way of God.
Sikhs admire and follow the teachings of Dhanna, as in Gurmat,ten Guru Gurus,all Bhagats and Bhatts all are same and all are treated as Gurus – “spiritual guides”. Sikhs bow before Guru Granth Sahib which include the teaching of many who had the same thoughts and views about Waheguru.
